Meadow can deliver Net Price Calculator leads directly to your CRM via SFTP. For Slate, see Slate Integration. We can also deliver leads via email.

This document covers how to allow Meadow to connect to your SFTP server and the layout of the lead files.

SFTP

Create an SFTP user for Meadow with the below public key, then send Meadow the hostname, port, username, and path you'd like us to use.

PriceStudentId and PriceInquiryId are always present.
Any other column can be omitted when a school hides that field.
Custom questions are inserted after Known SAI, and custom fields after Number of Credits. Each custom column is headed Custom: followed by the question or field name.
Incomplete submissions are included with only the two IDs, email, first name, last name, and birthday. If the student completes the calculator later, we will send an updated lead row with the same IDs.
If a student completes the calculator multiple times, we will send multiple rows with the same PriceStudentId but different PriceInquiryIds.
Empty files are supressed.

The emailed leads file format is very similar: everything is the same except that the ID columns are omitted, and the file is sent in .xlsx format instead of .csv.
